Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received an incorrect product (different from your confirmed order)
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered
- Products without original packaging
- Jewelry damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Delivery fees will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
