Exchange Policy

At Nain Naqsh, we understand that sometimes you may need a replacement. We are happy to offer exchanges under the following terms to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a manufacturing fault

To qualify for exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags (if applicable) must be attached

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot offer exchange on:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number
  3. Provide clear photos or video showing the issue

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If the exchange is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Replacement items will be dispatched after inspection of the returned product.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, store credit may be offered.
  • Nain Naqsh reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
