Order Confirmation

All COD orders are subject to verification. Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Orders that are not verified may be canceled automatically.

Order Refusal / Rejection

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order at the time of delivery without a valid reason:

• The order will be marked as rejected
• The customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders
• Future orders may require advance payment

Important Notes

• Please ensure you are available at the delivery address
• Keep your phone accessible to avoid missed delivery calls
• Only place a COD order if you are genuinely ready to receive it

Repeated fake or non-serious orders may result in permanent COD suspension.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
